PC Excellence only uses LINUX servers: Debian or CentOS.
Whether you had your website built by PC Excellence or you brought it with us, we will offer hosting for life and maintenance like cron jobs, automatic backups, database optimizations to all clients hosting in our shared servers.
Only shared hosting includes maintenance & optimizations.
VPS and dedicated servers are managed directly by the clients. We do not have root access to them, only physical access.
Recurring payments are set up automatically after your first payment. You can cancel the recurring payment any time, just note that you are also cancelling your hosting.
